POWERFUL BRUSHLESS MOTORS: The F17 is equipped with MT1806 1800KV BRUSHLESS MOTORS. Flying Tips:

-Allow the drone to cool down anywhere from 10 – 15 minutes after every flight. Continuous strain on the motors will cause them to burn out. -Propeller blades should be in PERFECT condition prior to every flight. Even the slightest imperfection will cause the drone to vibrate resulting in shaky footage and unsteady flights. -Battery life is limited to weight and performance. For optimal battery life remove 4K camera, propeller guards, and tall landing gear. Also, do not push the drone, fly steady and keep the speed below 30%. This will allow you to fly your drone up to 18 minutes. -The Wifi signal on the 4K Camera is limited to a distance of 30 ft. and it is not recommended to use as an FPV camera. -The Contixo 4K Camera will mount upside down on the drone, you can use any basic video editing software to ‘flip’ the orientation of the footage you capture.

5 Stars Rating September 2, 2017 Style: F17+ Bundle|Verified Purchase First things first. This Quad copter has incredible power which it obviously needs when utilizing the included tall landing legs which need to be used when using the also-included 4K camera (depending on which package you order). This is my fifth foray into the drone world and from the awesome mini-camera drones I’ve purchased to the slightly higher quality camera drones purchased in the $150 range, I decided to spend a bit more for the Contixo F17 ($250). The generally well-built carrying case, the drone itself, and the extra battery were actually really nice. I didn’t give the purchase 5 stars at first because the battery charger was defective and simply showed the batteries as being fully charged. As almost everyone knows, Amazon has the best return policy, and the first thing you see when opening a package is the “Do Not Return to Store” slip, but that’s a bit ridiculous. I did not contact Contixo because I simply expected not to hear anything (as usual). That’s where I was wrong! Contixo reached out to me! I got me a new battery charger (and a better design as well) and received it within a few days! Of course, that said, everything seems rather well made. In essence, you get a generic GoPro camera (that’s a compliment), an incredibly powerful drone which rips around with more power than most drones in its price range, and a seemingly well made case and entire overall deal! And above all, you get a company that seems to stand behind their products! This is a rarity anymore! I look forward to the next generation of Contixo GPS Quadcopters that I hope to see coming out soon! Fantastic product and fantastic company.
